Droozi comes from the Ukrainian word Друзі (druzi), meaning "friends." Say it roughly as "DROO-zee."

No. Droozi does not collect or store your live location or track you in the background. For planning, Droozi stores the places and dates you choose to save and share.

You control visibility for every future location. Each one requires an audience before it can be saved — All contacts, Personal, Work, or Personal + Work — using the categories you assign your own contacts. A future location is visible only to accepted friends or people who saved you as a contact, and only when their category is in its audience.

We do not sell location data to advertisers or third parties. Your future locations are only visible to the people you explicitly choose to share them with. Future monetization will come from optional Pro features — not data monetisation.

Yes. You can delete individual future locations at any time, and you can request full account deletion from the app settings. Deleting your account erases the invitations it created or claimed immediately. Other records follow the retention windows set out in the Privacy Policy — expired future locations are purged after a 30-day grace period, and guest RSVP records expire 120 days after the last RSVP interaction — and some data may be kept longer where the law requires it.

A future location is a location you plan to visit — a city, neighbourhood, venue, or custom point on the map — along with a date range. When you share a future location, your connections on Droozi can see you'll be in that area and reach out to meet up.

You can create events tied to a location and time, in one of three modes: public — anyone can discover and join; private — discoverable, but joining requires the host's approval; invite-only — visible only to the people you invite, who must be Droozi members. New events default to private. Attendees can RSVP and receive a reminder.

Droozi can surface future Google Calendar events that have a physical location, including hotel stays that Gmail automatically adds to Calendar. The app prompts you before adding them to future travel, so nothing is published without your approval.

Droozi can import your LinkedIn connections so you can see which ones are also on Droozi and where they plan to be. This import is read-only — we never post to LinkedIn on your behalf or access your messages.

Yes. The map view shows future locations from your connections, letting you spot who will be in a city before you arrive. Future locations are clustered when many connections plan to visit the same area.

Yes. The current core Droozi experience — creating future plans, creating events, adding connections, Google Calendar travel prompts, and seeing who is coming to your city — is free with no time limit and no credit card required.

No. Droozi has no paid plans today. If paid plans are introduced later, Droozi will publish the features, terms, and pricing before launch.

Yes. It is included without charge during beta, with a 2,500-contact import limit and limited refresh availability. CSV import is no longer offered.

Droozi is available on iPhone and Android. The signed-in web experience supports Events and Trips, and public event and RSVP pages work in a browser. You need the mobile app to create future locations or view overlap.

Droozi requires iOS 15.1 or later and Android 7.0 (API 24) or later.

Download Droozi from the App Store or Google Play, create a free account, and add your first future plan for somewhere you expect to be. Then invite friends or import LinkedIn connections to start seeing who else will be there.

Not always. For public and private events, a host can create a separate guest RSVP link that works in a browser with no app or account. Account-required email invitations, including those for invite-only events, ask the recipient to sign in or create a free account with the invited email. Sharing future locations also needs a Droozi account on both sides.
